Q: I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?

A: As long as we have not processed your order it can be changed if needed. Please contact our customer service.

Q: Several no payment or declined orders show on my account but i only want one.

A: Please take it easy and ignore the no payment or declined orders. Only pay success orders will be processed.

Q: I forget my password. How can i reset it?

A: Please contact our customer service and provide us with the email address which you made in the order, and our Tech Dept. will reset it for you.

Q: Why my order declined?

A: The credit card name, card number, validity period, cvv2 credit card and other relevant information is filled in error may caused by the declined payment. Please pay attention to your message must be absolutely correct and re-order again. If it still can not work. Please produce your card to the bank to prove that you are the cardholder.

Q: Why paid success but haven't received the confirmation mail?

A: The confirmation mail is sent auto by our mail server. You will receive the order confirmation email with details of your order after payment verification step is completed (usually 7-10 min). Please, do not forget to check your spam/junk section. If not and please don't worry about it, we have received your order. We will provide you with the tracking number ASAP. Many thanks.

Q: How long will I get my order?

A: The order is usually shipped out within 24 hours. Delivery by EMS, DHL or Fedex. Your order will be quickly delivered to your home within 7 working days.

We send the products after your order with us in a few hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
